If you have a problem that has not been solved by our technical support, you can return the product to us within the terms of the law and under the conditions indicated on the Terms and conditions of use.
The first step is to access your account, view the Order History and click on the details of the order for which you intend to request the Return, even partial. Attention, if the order is not in the "Shipped" or "Delivered" status, it will not be possible to initiate a return request, so we invite you to request the status change of the order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Entering the details of the order in the list of products included, it will be necessary to check the products subject to the return request and indicate a reason in the Return Goods text field. Finally click on "CREATE RMA NOTE".
Once the request has been initiated, you will have to send an email to email@example.com containing the reason for the return request and detailed photos of the front and back of the product from which all the codes present on the ORIGINAL product can be read, OF THE IDENTIFICATION PLATES OF THE EQUIPMENT OF ORIGIN AND THE LCD PANEL (WELL DETAILED SO YOU CAN READ ALL THE CODES PRESENT ON THEM) AN EXPLANATION OF THE DEFECT OF THE ORIGINAL CARD AND OF THE ONE PURCHASED.

Subsequently and in any case within 10 days, you will receive an email with the indications and any authorization to return, a copy of which must be inserted inside the package.
Products must be returned properly packaged. Products damaged due to inadequate packaging or returned defective due to improper use by the customer or by unskilled personnel will not be reimbursed. Once returned, the material will be subjected to a technical examination to assess the veracity of the complaint, the conditions and / or the actual defect, before proceeding with the refund.
The products returned for defects will be subjected to a technical examination in order to ascertain the real defect and in this case a refund will be made subsequently.
Products that are NOT defective will be reimbursed only under the terms of the right of withdrawal and the General Conditions of Sale in point 11 excluding the reimbursement of shipping costs and with a restocking cost equal to 15% of the value of the object.
In the case of incorrectly ordered material or waiver for reasons NOT deriving from causes attributable to the seller, all transport and restocking costs are always charged to the customer.
The refund will be made within 8 days from the date of return of the goods.
