Returns Management (RMA)
If you have a problem that has not been solved by our technical support, you can return the product to us within the terms of the law and under the conditions indicated on the General Sales Conditions page.
The first step is to access your account, view the Order History and click on the order details for which you wish to request the Return, even partial. The list of products included in the order will appear and, by ticking those covered by the request, it will be necessary to indicate a motivation in the text field Return Goods and click on the "CREATE RMA NOTE" button.
Once the request has started, please wait for our communications and any requests for additional information or photos of the product.
This is the only way to activate the return of the material.
Subsequently and in any case within 10 days, you will receive an e-mail with the indications and the eventual authorization to the return which copy will have to be inserted inside the package.
The products must be returned correctly packed. Products damaged due to inadequate packaging or made defective due to improper use by the customer or unskilled personnel will not be reimbursed.
Once returned, the material will be subjected to a technical examination to assess the truthfulness of the claim regarding the conditions and / or the actual defectiveness.
Products that are NOT defective will be reimbursed only in terms of the right of withdrawal and the General Sales Conditions in point 11, excluding the reimbursement of shipping costs and with a restocking cost equal to 15% of the value of the item.
In the case of material ordered incorrectly or renounced for reasons NOT deriving from causes attributable to the seller, all transport and restocking costs are always borne by the customer.
The refund will be made within 8 working days from the return date of the goods.
